WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE SHOW?
On this occasion, the Fundación Prolírica de Antioquia presents the Spanish zarzuela "La del Manojo de Rosas" by Pablo Sorozábal, which tells the story of a beautiful and flirtatious florist who is torn between two suitors of opposite social status. This show can be enjoyed in 360º video and with immersive virtual reality technology, a unique experience in which the user will feel inside the show.
The story takes place in a square in the Madrid neighborhood. In this place there is a garage, a bar and a flower shop called "The one with the bunch of roses". There is Joaquín, the garage mechanic with his assistant Capó.
Also Don Daniel, the owner of the flower shop, with his daughter Ascensión, the florist (a well-educated girl from Madrid, but proud of her working-class origin, so she doesn't want to hear about love other than with a man of her class ), and the bar waiter, Espasa.
Don Daniel wants his daughter to accept the proposal of Ricardo, a young aviator, but Ascensión wants the other man, Joaquín. There is also another love conflict between Clarita, a flirtatious and cultured manicure, Capó and Espasa.
A SEASON WITH A SOCIAL CAUSE
The Fundación Prolírica de Antioquia will allocate 20% of the total ticket collection for United Way Colombia to invest in the education of thousands of Colombian children. Support our Season! Changes don't happen alone, together we can do it!
